Anna specializes in relationships, mood disorders, and life transitions.
Anna’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that we are all shaped by the environments and social structures we’ve experienced - whether we’ve conformed to them or resisted them. Exploring these dynamics is central to the work Anna does with clients.
She works with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and foster deeper emotional connection. With warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit, Anna creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Anna’s specialties include: Relational and familial distress, parent coaching, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and codependency.
Anna holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Georgia - Go Dawgs! She has specialized training in working with high-conflict couples and families and has completed Level 1 Training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.
Outside the therapy room, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, crafting, reading all the things, and playing tennis - though she’ll be the first to admit that her love for the game can be a bit of a rollercoaster.
